All dental treatments carried out by our dentists at Ligeti Dental Clinic are done under limited warranty. The guarantee provided is in accordance with the high-quality materials used by the Clinique, and the accurate and precise work carried out by experienced and highly qualified professionals.
Guarantee period: for Inlay(s), Onlay(s), Crown(s) and Bridge(s), Denture(s) and Fillings - 3 years, for Implant(s) - 10 years.

Terms and Conditions of the Guarantee
• The validity of the guarantee depends on the patient attending a half-a-year check-up during the first year after the treatment is finished. If the oral hygiene is good from the second year only annual check-ups are necessary.
• Our patient is required to follow the instructions given by the treating dentist to keep good oral hygiene.
• Crown(s), Bridge(s), Inlay(s), Onlay(s), Filling(s), Denture(s) and Implant(s) are used as intended to be used (no overload etc.)

The Guarantee maybe limited or invalid when the following circumstances apply:
• The patient fails to attend the half-a-year or annual check-ups
• Inadequate oral hygiene
• Failure to follow the medical instructions of the dentist
• Intervention of other dental clinics without notifying the treating dentist at our clinic, or undergoing further treatments with another dental clinic on the original dental work provided by Ligeti Dental Clinic.
• Periodontitis and osteoporosis, if the gum and the bone are naturally reducing.
• Crown(s), Bridge(s), Inlay(s), Onlay(s), Filling(s), Denture(s) and Implant(s) are not used as intended to be used (overload, biting or chewing on hard items, direct force to a crown, dropping denture on hard surfaces or damage caused by chemicals, etc.)
• Accidental damage
• Damage caused by grinding or gripping teeth
• General illnesses such as diabetes, osteoporosis, epilepsy ,which may cause diseases in the masticatory system
• Deteriorated condition after chemotherapy, due to alcohol or drug abuse or malnutrition
• Weight loss or gain over short time
• In case of surgical dental treatment such as implantation or bone substitution heavy smoking is continued
• Ligeti Dental Clinic is not notified about the damage of the dental work within 5 days from the actual time the damage occurred.
Ejected or loose implants (during healing time) are replaced by Ligeti Dental Clinic only once free of charge however, additional interventions required by the re-implantation, (like: bone augmentation) should be paid by the patient.
